The Publisher's Statement beginning with the September 2009 report will have the option of being filed electronically. 

Once logged in you will find a new tab for filing electronically.  Filing on line will be available beginning on Monday, October 5, 2009.

Quarterly breakdown sheets are to be completed for each publication with a separate set for each column reported on the front page of the report.

To provide by day reporting for those who apply, we would need a separate set for each day of the week -- daily and Sunday with one set for daily and another set for Sunday.

Back up spreadsheets (in excel) are to accompany quarterly breakdown sheets.  Back up sheets should be provided by quarter.  Example:  One set for April 1 to June 30, and another set for July 1 to September 30th (for a 9/30 Publisher's Statement).
